What are the Eligibility Criteria for IES Exam?

- Eligibility criteria of Age –
- Candidates should be of 21 years of age as of January 1, 2022.
- Candidates who are born before 1st January 2000 and not before 2nd January 1991 are eligible to apply for the IES exam.
- Eligibility criteria of Nationality-
- Candidates must be citizens of India, Bhutan, or Nepal.
- Any refugee of Tibetan origin migrated to India earlier to 01 January 1962 with permanent settlement in India
- Any migrated citizen from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, or East African countries of Uganda, Zambia, Kenya, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zaire, Malawi, and Ethiopia, came to India for permanent settlement in India.
